Dawnette Polland, CCA

As an artist with 45 years of experience drawing people, along with being raised in a family of established artists—including nine years in the legal field as a legal assistant / paralegal for trial attorneys—it was a natural progression for Dawnette to apply her love for both art and law to creating composite drawings for law enforcement agencies. She has completed her Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts (graduated in January 2014), and has two associate degrees: Associate of General Studies and Associate of Arts. In the interim she has completed three 40 hour composite drawing courses for law enforcement taught by Stuart Parks Forensic Associates. She received her certification as a Composite Artist through Stuart Parks in January of 2014. In January 2013, she was accepted into the Golden Key International Honor Society, and in April of the same year she became one of the founding members of the Arizona Forensic Art Association.
